What delivery options do you offer?

The default shipping option for all orders being shipped within Canada is ground transportation. Depending on the shipping destination you will have various expedited shipping options available. Please note some provinces do not have a ground shipping option due to it's location.

Northwest Territory, Nunavut & Yukon Territory Orders:
Orders being shipped to these provinces will only have a next day delivery option.

United States Orders:
To place an order to the United States, please use the Westin at Home™ USA store at: http://www.westin-hotelsathome.com

All other International Orders:
For all other destinations we offer an International Economy and/or International Priority shipping option depending on location. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

How do you calculate estimated delivery dates?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed for shipment on the same day you place your order for all in-stock items. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed for shipment the next business day. When calculating delivery dates we do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered by that date.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order before any taxes have been applied, except for the Shower Rod* and Mattress & Box Spring** which have separate shipping costs associated with them.

Please note that all prices listed on this site are listed in Canadian Dollars.

* Shower Rod: Due to the unique size and weight of this item shipping charges are based on a flat rate and per item. Please refer to the rates above depending on the shipping address.

** Mattress & Box Spring: Please call for detailed shipping costs for the mattress & box spring. The shipping costs for this item are additional and will vary based on delivery destination. The rates above are not reflective of those for the mattress & box spring.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new/saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. A refund or exchange will be made to the purchaser upon request.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?

Please note that beds, pillows and opened bedding are not returnable.

How can I return an item?

What is the difference between your global sites?

Westin at Home™ has locations in the United States, Canada & Europe to better serve our guests. The global sites are separate sites and are presented in several language options. Product selections and sizes will also vary on the global sites.

Special Notes: When shipping to Canada the Westin at Home™ Canada site will provide you with your best shipping options and rates.
